Grab your fedoras and pin stripe suits for Gamertag Radio’s Official Mafia II Community Launch Events in Miami and New York in August. Gamertag Radio (GTR) is excited to partner once again with 2K Games for the official Mafia II Community Launch Events, sponsored by Sony Playstation 3, Playboy, Scion, Game Juice, C.H.P. and more.

Starting August 22, 2010 Gamertag Radio will be partying it up in Miami at Grand Central (www.grandcentralmiami.com) along with DJ Sharpsound (www.freshbasilcrew.com) and live performances by Garcia (www.crazyhood.com) and ¡MAYDAY! (www.maydayonline.com). For a chance to check out the game, there will be Xbox 360’s and Sony Playstation 3’s on hand for attendees along with giveaways and more.

This interactive event drew more than 300 participants to Club PS14 on 23rd February, 2008. "Community Vibes" was the culmination of a three year effort by Gamertag Radio's staff members of running the show and the website [url]www.gamertagradio.com[/url]. The purpose of the event was to give gamers and non-gamers the opportunity to come together for a hip-hop and gaming extravaganza.

Incentives, such as prizes donated from Microsoft, EA, Sega, Tritton Technologies, and an Xbox 360 Elite as a prize courtesy of Microsoft, helped make the event come alive. DJ SharpSound's eclectic mix of hip hop and beats throughout the day constantly provided an upbeat tempo to the whole event.

After thinking we came up with an idea to record live during The Jaws Ride with Deejayknight. This has to be the first time that we ever recorded a podcast at Universal Studios.

Happy Mother's Day! This week we have a very cool show for you fans out there. Lately I've been playing the Halo 3 beta multiplayer demo with Nano. Yesterday, we both sat down to record our impressions about the demo. We talked about the changes in the game, how different are the controls from Halo 2, the competition will get harder for pro-gamers next year for MLG & more.
